What can I expect to learn by attending this event?
Evolution Kettlebell Groundwork is a comprehensive movement system that utilizes bodyweight and kettlebell loaded movement variations focused on low basin transitional movements. Each of the movements used in the Evolution Kettlebell Groundwork system have been chosen to compliment tranditional strength and/or kettlebell training regiments. We will be focusing on ground based movements with an emphasis on proper structural alignment and breathing to increase strength through ranges of motion very few explore. Be ready to evolve you ideas on strength training!
Are there physical competency requirements to participate in the event?
All registrants of this training event will receive a 6 week prep course via email by January 1st to prepare them for this 2-day intensive event. Since the movements that we will be covering will be foreign to most participants we want each participant well prepared before they show up so that they can have the most enjoyable experience possible.
If you have any injuries that you feel may prevent you from fully participating then please feel free to contact the organizer to discuss whether this workshop would be a good fit for you.

Saturday 3/9 - 9am - 5pm

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
The facility we will be hosting this workshop at has plenty of parking available onsite.

What should I bring to the event?
If you have a pair of light kettlebells that you are fond of and would prefer to use please feel free to bring them with you.
